No to both. The recording is written to temporary storage only for as long as the transcription runs, then deleted in the same operation that returns your text. It is not archived, not backed up and not used to train anything.

They are a machine reading of how something was said, not a clinical assessment of how the speaker felt. Treat them as a useful signal, not as evidence.
